A.J. Andrews grew up in Clearwater FL and began playing softball at 11 years old. A.J. started her softball career at Oldsmar Little League and through hard work, perseverance and dedication has played at the highest level. Competing as a D1 athlete and now a professional softball player, A.J. knows what it takes to be successful and how to surpass every goal she has set. In 2016 A.J. Andrews made history and became the first woman to ever win a Rawlings Gold glove award, an award given to the best defensive player in Major League baseball and now softball. A.J. strives to live as an example of limitless possibilities! A.J. wants to revolutionize women all over the world to dare to dream big, as big dreams break barriers and big dreams one day can make history!
Over the years, A.J. has earned a number of awards and accolades:

- Women that Soar athlete of the year award
- NPF Spikes award winner – most stolen bases
- LSU softball All-American
- 2X All-SEC
- 2 WCWS Appearances
A. J.’s mission is to motivate women young and old to realize and reach their potential. A.J. believes we are all destined for success, but we have to first decide that we will not let others define who we are. We must not let past performances, previous failures define our capabilities as athletes or as people. A.J. ‘s mission is to inspire and empower women to decide today to write their own story and to take charge of their own destiny to create success and live out all of their dreams.
